We know patients trust their doctors, so we support total healthcare by making things easier on referring physicians. For starters, we offer same-day emergency appointments and non-emergency appointments the next day. We handle insurance verification to help speed the referral process. We maintain regular, detailed communication with referring physicians.
We make ourselves available for consultations. We believe the real reasons so many doctors refer their patients to us is the quality of our care and our results.
Our staff is friendly and always ready to help with scheduling, insurance or anything else you may need during your time with us. Please bring in a list of your medications or the actual medications for the physicians to review.
If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
We accept most insurance plans. Please call us to verify whether or not we are participating with a particular insurance company.

Please bring all pertinent insurance information and your insurance cards with you on each visit to our office. We will provide you a charge ticket at each visit so that you can retain a record of all fees and services rendered that day.
We are Medicare participants and accept assignment for their services. As a courtesy, we routinely file primary insurance claims for all patients. Should you provide supplemental insurance information to our office, we will also file those claims on your behalf. The deductible and insurance co-payments are the patient’s responsibility, and their payment is expected at time of service.
If circumstances warrant an extended payment plan, our business office representative is available to assist you with such arrangements. Please contact the office prior to your appointment.
You can call our office number 24 hours a day. Weekdays before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m., and on weekends and holidays, your call will be taken by our answering service and the physician on call will be contacted to return your call. During regular working hours, our office staff will respond to your needs.
Should you have an urgent need, we will try to see you the same day you call. Life-threatening emergencies should be directed to an Emergency Medical Response System (EMS), such as 911.
